Dion Diens Machikalale Mangoale he is a born again christian and a member of Apostolic Faith Mission of South Africa in Ga-Mphahlele Makurung
(AFM Mphahlele Assembly ) a former member of ANC and ANCYL in Suzane Selepe Branch in Kempton Park ,
a self taught organic interllectual and a political activist , a Commissar and
a Fighter of Economic Freedom Fighters,and and EFF member at Ekurhuleni Ward 17 in Kempton Park under the banner of the protest movement ,
anti- imperialist and anti- capitalist movement in South Africa popular known as EFF .Due to his family background he started schooling four years later than what it was supposed to be his starting normal time,and he obtained position 1 in all of Sub A classes in the year 1991 and he later obtained possition 2 at grade 8 in his mid- year results in the 1998 ,and failed at grade 11 in the 2001 and in the year 2003 he passed grade 12 with S symbol and felt that he is not worthy it and he repeated grade 12 in the year 2004 and later passed with Exemption for University entry that enmarked him to study for Bacholar degree. He works as a ShockTube Accessory Assembler at AEL Mining Services Modderfontein Factory.
He was elected a GIWUSA shopsteward at AEL Mining Services Modderfontein Factory
by his co-workers at IC 23 Shift H in the year 2011 at Fuss Mess Room during launch time and by vidue of him being a shopsteward he assumed a membership at AEL Mining Services GIWUSA Modderfontein Factory Shopstewards committe council which met every month in the factory to reflect on the worker's issues ,Union's programme and communication with the employer about the damands of the workers.He is a former member of striking committe at AEL Mining Services Modderfontein Factory that participated in the 11 July 2011- 08 August the same calender year of 2011 in chemical industries Nationally, and he was elected into office bearer's position as a deputy chairperson of AEL Mining Services GIWUSA Factory Shopstewards Council on his first day in a meeting immediately after national strike of chemical industries in that same year in 2011
Dion Diens Machikalale Mangoale he is born in year 1981 27 January in Makurung Ga- Mphahlele in Limpopo Province and is the eightth son from the family of ten children of Mologadi Ramatsimele Johanna Mangoale and the late Mogale Kgotutu Klaas Rakgwadi Mangoale. He started playing soccer when he was seven year old at Bheka Peace Makers Foot Ball Club owned by the late Mr Setlago Ngwanamorwa "Bheka"Latakgomo in Makurung Ga- Mphahlele and he later joint community senior team also situated at Makurung called Makurung Hellenic Foot Ball Club known by their traditional colours of blue and white nicknamed "MA-KAPPA"and he would score goals each an every game of the day he was playing, he was nicknamed after Bashin Mahlangu and called "Bashin" because of his scoring machine and eye to put the ball at back of the net in the field of play.He was been awarded two certificates for both leading goal scorer and the player of the tournament respectively on the same day at Apostolic Faith Mission Youth Conference at Polokwane Region in the year 2002 And he has one gold medal and one silver medal under his name that he obtained while at TUT when his team took position one and position two repectively in a Residence League Tournament and the third medal he is having is for the runner-up with IC 23 team that took silver medal for taking position two in the AEL Mining Services's AIDS Day Tournament in the year 2012

In the year 2012 he was elected the Chairperson of General Industries workers Union of South Africa (GIWUSA) at Modderfontein , is a former Chairperson of Sports Department at Student Christian Organization (SCO) at TShwane University of Technology (TUT), a Former Chairperson of Social Affairs at Student Christian Organization (SCO) TShwane University of Technology (TUT) , a Former Residence Committee Member holding portfolios of Secretary General and Sports art and culture for two consecutive years repsectively with TShwane University of Technology (TUT).
Dion Diens Machikalale Mangoale is a former chairperson of Black Management Forum Student Chapter
( BMFsc) at TUT. He is the Former Chairperson and deputy chairperson of Student Representative Council (SRC) at Dinao Secondary School for two Consecutive years in the year 2003 and 2004 respectively .
In the year 2013 he was a member of the team of GIWUSA representative that led the caucus on behalf of the workers demand at AEL Mining Services modderfontein factory in the Transformation Forum meeting that agreed with Management team to make 940 worker permanent. From the same Transformation Forum at AEL Mining services representing GIWUSA he was nominated to compile a studies on behalf of Trade Unions from workforce base on the Skills and Training, manning,Target, capacity ,Quality and safety within the company and also was mandated to check with the market for the services offered locally and internationally and its projection going forward in order for Trade Unions to can submit counter-proposal on management restructuring plan.

By the way 3G Clip Inserting Machine was the subject core of the case the workers were having against management and they(plant management) and the case basically on how it was been introduced within the plant and. Employers were still to repond to it in a grievance meeting and the capatalists suspended him pending the
out-comes of the grievance ,in order for them (employers) to can bring the fear to poor workers he was representing on the matter raised by the poor worker of the plant and his suspension took more than three months in order for it to be heard and some of the reason was that company appointed one of the manager who was implicated on the case and the one happened to introduce 3G clip machine in the plant during the time he was a plant manager to chair the case and it was submitted to him that proceeding will be recorded and other reason was that the case will continue but chairperson must bear in mind that we are aware of him being responsible for bring 3G clip inserting machine in the plant that was submitted with the thought that he is not going to be fair due to his interest on the matter which was proven along the lines of his communication withstanding that there was any way he was going to be against his implementation of installing that 3G Inserting clip Machine in the plant and they brought another chair who portrayed a racial behaviour and on that day
Dion Diens Machikalale Mangoale's representative fighter Thomas Tolo submitted before HR personnel the questions that the unions has put before the company which had already been communicated in the form of dispute with National Bargaining Council for chemical industries and that case was taking day after the inquiry and it was communicated to him on the day of the inquiry in the form of question if he is aware of that case that is against him brought to the company by all four unions which are participating at Transformation Forum and he responded by saying he is not going to respond to the nonesense and said he is not hired by unions and he is not going to listen to them referring to the union and he further said " I am intructed to chair this inquiry because you chased former chairperson due to reasons known by yourselves" his respond showed to the setting that he came to inquiry with his agenda and he was not going to be fair because he was already bias hence using abusive langauge that raised iris and many questions than answers and due to that the inquiry was cancelled waiting for the company to bring a chairperson who is going to listen to the statements from both parties and one whom is required to be fair on the proceedings. And another thing that prolonged the case it was because company was dictating as to who must represent Dion Diens Machikalale Mangoale and Union rejected that as unileteral behaviour , and meeting between Union and company was then called and what came out of that meeting was that Dion Diens Machikalale Mangoale has a right to choose a represetantive of his choice and Fighter Thomas Tolo was the one representing the alleged as per arrangement , this case in the books of the company history and union history was one of the remarkable history that cannot be forgotten and it once attracted the eyes people from all walks of life including even the executive of the company due to the time it has taken and the false impression that it was greated to it by capitalists and white supremacy to subordinate latter of supreme arrogancy in the person of company's directors.
