My name is Dom Miller and I am a Freshman at the University of Maryland studying Information Science. I am in Elizabeth Bonsignore's Introduction to Information Studies class.
The article that I am editing is about my high school. The link is
I am adding information to the history of the school. The school has a rich history and the Wikipedia article is very vague.
"The Trinititarian Order was a Catholic religious order which had a special devotion to the Trinity."
The history section of the Wikipedia article is very vague about the religious order upon which the school was founded. It mentions who it was founded by (The Trinititarians), but not what they had a dedication and devotion to. This is one of the most important parts of the order. This is what separates it from other religious orders such as the Jesuits.
" The Trinitiarian Order was founded by St. John de Matha; a vision of his lead the goal of the religious order to free slaves and captives."
Every religious order has a certain cause which they like to help or contribute to. The goal of the Trinititarian Order was to free captives. This is important because it is highly metaphorical. The high school I attended sought out with the goal of "Freeing students from ignorance".
