The page that I am editing is the wikipedia article titled, "New York Yankees." New York Yankees. This article has many strengths in the sense that it fully evaluates every aspect from the history of the Yankees to the present. However, what I noticed is that the article itself doesn't have any information of the Yankees uniforms and dress codes. I think that I can improve this article by typing in the strict policies that the Yankees have on dress codes and include some pictures.Since 1973, the New York Yankees (MLB) club have enforced an appearance policy regulating how their players must be presented. It states that players must have their hair cut above the collar of their baseball jersey and no beards are permitted. The New York Yankees have also had a strict policy regarding their uniform choices. Since the organization first started the New York Yankees have always worn white pin stripe jerseys at home, and grey jerseys away. Neither one of these uniforms have had a name on them, up until recently when players wore nicknames jerseys.
