Domingo0022 aka Domingo Miranda (born August 19, 1985) is a Canadian filmmaker and the director of Miran TV on Youtube Canada. Domingo joined Youtube in late 2006.

Early Life

Domingo stayed in the Philippines only til the age of 3 when he and his family moved to canada on August 19, 1988. They currently reside in BC. When he was 4, Domingo had a slight tendancy to be distracted very easily from Kindergarten to Pre-school, Domingo was diagnosed as borderlined retarded. His mother, not taking the response by the officials very well, thought otherwise with the results. Whe he was 7 years old, he had a severe kidney infection that sent him to Surrey Memorial Hospital. The doctors tried to treat him with antibiotics to ease the infection, but Domingo would not let the doctors poke him with needles. He was released from the hospital the following morning with no treatment. The reason for this early release is that he experienced a spiritual encounter with Jesus. This is how he described it:

"I still could not believe it. No one else was in the hospital room but me. As I was a sleep, I felt a hand touch the side where I was infected and I felt this presence although I did not know who it was at the time."

When Domingo was growing up, he grew up in a primarily Christian family. His Mother, Catalina is a Nursing assistant, while his father Pedro Sr, was an automotive mechanic.

Education

When he first started school Domingo graduated in 2003 with A and B honors in Grade 12. He Attended UCFV in 2005 after taking a year off to pursue his career. He started in General Studies and took a Computer Information Systems certificate program the next year. In 2005, he dropped out of college to get into the workforce. He will now be returning to UFV to take up the Automotive mechanics Trade in the Fall.

When Domingo started on Youtube, he just watched the movies on the site and started producing his own material shortly after. He also has an account on the media sharing site Vimeo with his films in HD quality here. It all started when He posted Although, it was introduced as season two, Season One: The Lost tapes was recovered in early 2008. His Youtube channel can be watched here.
