Background

Born 09 October 1979. Primary education came from St.Ciarans N.S Clonmacnoise. Spent 8 years there from September 1984 to June 1991. During this time in Primary education played football for both St.Ciarans N.S and Shannonbridge N.S combined with St.Ciarans. Began playing with Shannonbridge GAA in 1991 also started secondary education in St.Joesphs and St.Sarans Ferbane.

Sporting History

While in National school, he won both 4 teacher and 7 teacher compitions as well as playing in 2 mini sevens competions. While in secondary school a lot of success was to follow both on the GAA pitch and Rugby paddock winning medals for Shannonbridge at u12, u16 and Junior B while for the school winning u14, u14 and a half, u16 and half north leinster (captain), u17 (3), u19(2) medals as well as captaining the first team from Ferbane to a Connaught Senior Schools Rugby final only to lose to Garbally College 18 - 0. Also whilst in school, he won medals for Athlone RFC and Bucceneers Acadamy at u14, u16, u18 and u20 levels being on the first Athlone team to win an u14 Connaught Cup. Also represented Connaught at u16 level as well as representing Offaly at u14 level. He went on to play for Bucceneers 3rd team and Balinasloe RFC contesting back to back Junior Connaught Cup finals. With Shannonbridge he won 2 Junior B medals 1998 and 2003. Since then has not played sport competively.

These include: a Bruised Kidney Several dislocated fingers and nose Concussion Strained ligaments in ankle Many thousand bruises

Present

After completing a BEng in Software Engineering in 2005 with second class honors. Have worked in a number of jobs in Dublin, starting working as a technical support engineer and moving onto roles as administrative assistant, data anlalyst and currently working as a database developer and QA/QC assistant. Living in Rathfarnham Dublin.

Since May 2008 has being working for Irish Life and PLC as a software developer, mainly working on web based technologies, primarily programming in Java. Now, currently living in Foxborough, Lucan.
