I am a researcher for the Centre for Research in Intellectual Capital, located in the Netherlands. The focus of my research is on how communities of practice can be designed in the service of organizational learning. Pragmatic validity, linked to Simon's concept of Mode2 knowledge, is an important aspect of my work. Design Science Research is also linked to this paradigm.
