You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Ringo Deathstarr requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. reddogsix (talk) 04:52, 26 November 2011 (UTC)

Dotbrodu, I've removed the speedy deletion tag and added some sources. You might want to take a minute to read WP:NMUSIC and see what else the article needs to show enough notability to avoid deletion. Cheers!--Fabrictramp(public) (talk) 05:25, 26 November 2011 (UTC)
Thanks, I've checked that out and have done a little work on the article. I do think if somebody is going to nominate it for deletion it should be their responsibility to ensure it's not in fact notable even if there's no sources.
Robin from their label AC30 here - I've amended a few minor details about their history after spotting this come up via a google alert. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.64.50.10 (talk) 09:38, 30 November 2011 (UTC)

Your user talk page archive

[edit]

FYI, when you created your user talk page archive Dotbrodu/archive 1, you did so in the article space. The wiki software requires the prefix "User:" or "User talk:" (including the colons) in order to recognize the page as being in your user space. Unfortunately, another user and I stepped on each other's toes in trying to correct this issue. I believe we have tagged the pages appropriately; however, an administrator needs to come in to correct our mistakes. When all is done, your talk page archive will be at User talk:Dotbrodu/archive 1. Sorry for the inconvenience, and happy editing! —KuyaBriBriTalk 23:07, 13 December 2011 (UTC)

Your nomination for deletion of – Mousetrap Records

[edit]

Just a note, you did not transclude this article in the Articles for deletion log page when you nominated it for deletion, as required in step 3 of the subsection “How to nominate a single page for deletion” on the Wikipedia:Articles for deletion page. Another user has performed this step for you to complete the process. In the future, please follow all of the required steps when nominating an article for deletion. Thank you.
