Dr. Husnija [Husnia/Hysni] Bitic was born 03/10/1940 in the village Semetishte [Kosovo] where he had completed four years of primary school. 1963 moved to Belgrade [capital of Yugoslavia], where he completed a full primary education, secondary & high school [Law University], Master and barrister examination. In 1996 in Tirana - Albania defended his doctoral dissertation titled: Constitutional and legal position of Albanians in Yugoslavia.

In Belgrade worked as a lawyer. He published two books: If you want Peace Prepare for War [1991], Kosovo and Albanians 2006th. He has published hundreds of articles in the Yugoslav and world newspapers and magazines. He’s known for the fact that it has written criminal report and lawsuit against members of the SFRY Presidency, Lazar Mojsov, for deception MP in the Assembly of Yugoslavia.
