Panda Dulce (Kyle Casey Chu) is a Writer, Film Composer, Drag Performer, and core member of Drag Queen Story Hour's San Francisco chapter[1][2][3][4].

She currently serves on MTV's "Look Different Campaign" panel alongside activists Alok Vaid-Menon and Jacob Tobia, speaking to MTV's younger viewers on how to challenge their racial, anti-LGBTQ and gender-based biases. Her writings Asian American LGBTQ identities, gender and racial justice, have appeared on VICE[5], them.us[6], Daily Xtra[7], and as part of the White House's 2017 "It's On Us" campaign[8], urging the public to stand up against sexual assault.

While attending Sarah Lawrence College, she composed the original score for Lilly Rivlin's 2010 feature-length documentary: Grace Paley: A Collected Shorts[9].
