Patsy O'Neal Roberts new article content ... Patsy O'Neal Roberts is an author of contemporary Romance novels from Lubbock, Texas. She was born to Andy and Marie O'Neal on June 26, 1967. She graduated from New Deal High School in 1985 and attended classes at Texas Tech University and South Plains College where she took classes to enter the Registered Nursing Program. She was encouraged by her college English professor to write because of her flair in describing the life going on around her in such detail. She has been with her partner in life, Chris Norris, since January 1991 and is the mother of one daughter Ashley Carmen and the step mother to her other daughter, Amanda Norris. She is a type 1 Diabetic since the age of thirteen and received a kidney transplant in 1995 from her older sister Cindy Murray. She was the primary care giver to her father when he was diagnosed with multiple organ failure following a massive heart attack in 2014, finally succumbing to his illness and passing away at home in 2016. She has written and published five novels about Texas Rangers and cowboys, all concentrating around a fictional town in Texas. She contuses to add to the list on a regular basis.
