Pawan Yadav text was born a modest family on 30 Nov 1993 in one of the most popular stations in Saifai, Dist. - Etawah, Uttar Pradesh.

While growing up in Saifai, Etawah and Family moved in Delhi, he did his schooling from (Intermidiate) Taksila Public School in Shahadara, Delhi.

not interested in Chartered Account Courses, he had to take that under his family's pressure. However, in his higher studies, he opted B. Com, where he took admission at Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, Delhi University. He also did his Persuing (Chartered Accoutant) CA-IPCE. After completing his graduation in Commerce from Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce. Pawan attended  Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut for his Post Graduation in M. Com.

When he had turned 24, his father refused to give him pocket money from then onwards and advised him to bear his expenses on his own. Pawan has developed an interest in publication Works like, typing, designing, editing & complete books before printing that he wanted to become a own Small publication house like, Pawan Publication. Which was sufficient to bear his expenses.

It was there while studying in Delhi that he came in the contact of some students in Uttar Pradesh who were preparing for the Civil Services. Soon he become Senior Friends with them and got inspired by them to prepare for the UPSSSC Examination. However, he couldn't get success in his first attempts, he could not get the desired rank to become an Officer. He again prepared for the examination and ultimately got the desired rank to become an Officers Rank in Second Attempt and Finally Joined in Jan 2019 for the post of District Village Industries Officer (DVIO), in District - (Noida) Gautam Budh Nagar, UP Government.
