Emmanuel Jefferson Kodjo Amedorme Zumegah is the second child of 9 children. He was born to Mr. Philip Kwamigah Zumegah and Madam Miforhu Nyorgborshi Abugah, all of Tublukope- Aflao in the Ketu South Municipal Assembly.

Emmanuel Zumegah was born on the 19th of November, 1984 at Tublukope-Aflao.


Early Life and Education

Emmanuel Jefferson Kodjo Amedorme Zumegah started his primary education at Tublukope LA Primary at Tublukope. His primary education was truncated by the re allocation of his parent from Tublukope to Viepe. He stayed home for two years before continuing his education at Viepe LA Primary School. He completed in 2003 and passed his Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE). He continued to Three Town Senior High School, Denu where he was the School Prefect and also the Students Representative Council Chairman (SRC). He continued to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, where he graduated with a Second Class (Upper Division) Honours with Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Land Economy.


Politics

He generally took a non-aligned Marxist perspective on economics, and believed capitalism had malignant effects that were going to stay with Africa for a long time. Although he was clear on distancing himself from the African socialism of many of his contemporaries, He believes Socialism is the way forward for Africa. A blend of Socialism and Capitalism is what is needed in Africa rather than a sided policy. He is motivated mostly by Kwame Nkrumah and Adolf Hitler, Jerry John Rawlings is an inspiration to his life.

Career Life

Emmanuel Zumegah did Internships with Lands Commission then Land Valuation Board at Ho in 2009, with Duncan International Shipment Company in Aflao in 2010 and with the Works Department of Ketu South Municipal Assembly, Denu. He had his national service with Lands Commission in the Upper West Region of Ghana.

He is currently an Economics Teacher at Abor Senior High School at Abor working wit the Ghana Education Service, (GES).
