Piangil Football Club

The Piangil Football Club was a country Australian rules football team from the small Victorian town of Piangil. The team competed in a number of leagues, Piangil competed in the Nyah District Association in 1914. From 1920 to 1931 the Diggers competed in the Nyah & Piangil District Football Association winning two flags back to back in 1920 and 1921. From 1932 to 1938 the Piangil Football Club competed in the Mid Murray FL.
