EDGAR ALFRED RANDOLPH is a fictitious character created by the Author, Spencer Kissack. Born 30th June, 1967, just south of London, he is an English native, residing currently in Farnborough Park, Kent, England. He is a psychopath.
His father, Walter Alfred Randolph was murdered in 1987 by a man named Viktor Frahol. Walter Randolph's murder initiated a pathology in his son, the young Edgar, that saw Edgar feel an endless guilt and subsequent rage to anyone who deserved to not remain in society; that is to say, in Edgar Randolph's opinion, those who abuse and flaunt the law in the worst possible ways. Walter Randolph's killer, Viktor Frahol was never caught and brought to justice. Edgar then, took it upon himself. He took upon himself to help those in society, the innocent and vulnerable.
He (Edgar Randolph) has an extraordinary acute sense of hearing. It is unknown how many people he has killed. He could only possibly be the one to know and says, one day, he will sit down with a pencil and pad and work out just how many lives he has actually ended. This, given he remembers those he killed first.
He drives a Nautic blue Mercedes Benz 500sl, a grey Ford Focus and rides a Honda Fireblade motorcycle. Edgar has no family, not that he is aware of; no siblings. His mother died when he was an infant and remembers very little of her. He is the sole proprietor of SALTWATER PUBLISHING, a very successful publishing company set in the heart of London's business district, near Leadenhall. The company was started by Edgar's grandfather and handed down to Walter Randolph, who, upon his murder, left the business to his only heir and son. His approximated wealth stands in the region of eleven million GBP, all told.
Edgar Randolph has great taste; a penchant for the classics, whether it be art (he has a substantial art collection), automobiles, fine wine, or music. His favorite piece of music is Ludwig Van Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata. He has an eye for the ladies, and, being the handsome chap he is (described on more than one occasion as the 'Silver Fox'), they in turn for him. This however is futile; murder most kind is his passion. He plays an old Gibson Les Paul gold-top guitar and keeps several weapons at his residence, including a Glock 34 nine millimeter handgun. His home in Farnborough Park had been modified to contain a covert computer room. (He has great computer skills and his ability to hack major networks is something he sees as a mere talent; a testament to the way of his thought patterning.)
Depression weighs upon him regularly and this he deals with by conversing with his conscience, those he refers to as 'they', as in 'they who guide him'. Has a love of puzzles, such as mathematical equations and sudoku and counts to three hundred whilst brushing his teeth. Has very few friends, by choice, naturally, although keeps in touch with some he knew from his Oxford university days.
Edgar Randolph is an alter-ego of the Author. ≈
