Hendon Town Hall, 2011

Designed by the architect T.H. Watson, Hendon Town Hall was founded in 1901 and later on the 1929 extended at the back. In 1979, Hendon Town Hall served as host to Margaret Thatcher in her first appearance and speech. In 1981, 'Family of Man', a sculpture by Itzhak Ofer, was displayed in front of Hendon Town Hall.
