A user script to add a link to Special:ProtectPage to the "More" dropdown menu. Non-admins will still be able to view protection settings, just not edit them.
Installation instructions
[edit]To automatically install this script, enable ScriptInstaller in Preferences → Gadgets, then navigate to User:EggRoll97/ViewProtection.js and click "Install" at the top.
However, here's the manual method:
