Fusing her family recipes, her ability to throw a party, and always being the consummate hostess , she has finally landed as one of the most celebrated chefs in the business with the launch of South Street . South Street is a neo-soul restaurant located in the fashionable design district in Miami.

Amaris began her career in Miami in the real estate industry . In the booming Miami market , Amaris was able to build a rolodex of every influential person from South Beach to Palm Beach . Always keeping ahead of the curve , the slow down in the industry allowed Amaris to pursue her true passion of entertaining .

As the lifestyle and estate manager to Sean Combs and super producer Timbaland, she managed luxury estate homes ,produced events , dinner parties, and music launches. This propelled her career and in 2004 , Amaris started her own business appropriately named Elite Home and Lifestyle Management. She provided bespoke concierge, strategic partnership development, event planning and domestic staffing for her clients. Her Public Relations and Lifestyle Management skills allowed her to enter the world of media , and Amaris spent 2009 – 2011 consulting for Plum TV ,Vault Magazine and other media outlets .
