Lead[edit]

The lead is a great start! I think it could benefit from a bit more information, as leads tend to be 2-3 paragraphs. One punctuation error I would fix is in the phrase "...predators are in the area —this can benefit". Another space should be added after the dash. Also, the facts you stated should be backed up with some references.

Content[edit]

The paragraph about Naumann's theory is super interesting. You have lots of good information describing the function and mechanics of the behaviour, a big improvement from the original article. Good job!

Tone and Balance[edit]

Good, neutral explanation of the behaviour.

Sources and References[edit]

All references used are from reputable sources. As mentioned before, the Lead section could use a few more sources to back up your statements. Other than that, article is very well referenced.

Organization[edit]

The sections are well-organized and easy to follow. Only thing I would change with the organization is maybe putting the "Function" section first in the article, after the lead. I feel like if a reader were to visit this page, it would be to understand the function of this behaviour.

Images and Media[edit]

Overall impressions[edit]

Overall you have made a huge improvement to this article! I think that once you have added in the other information that you have mentioned (more in the lead and the "types of snipe" section) this will be a really solid article. Good job!
