Emmanuel Shebbs is a Nigerian based education consultant. He had his Bachelors Degree in Policy Studies and Administration, Masters Degree in Administrative Studies as well as Masters of Science Degree in Public Policy (with Distinction and emerging as the Best Graduating Student), all from the University of Calabar.

He is a multiple times award winner in University Debate Adjudicator, Public Speaking Coach and Investigative Journalism.

He is currently pursuing a career as a University Lecturer at Abia State University, Nigeria where he has put in 6 years in training undergraduate students in the field of Political Science, Administrative Law, Public Policy Analysis among other related disciplines.

He is the Director, Abia State University Debate and Public Speaking Society. He is also the Secretary Ukwa East Local Government Council, Nigeria.

He has a part time project as an education consultant with specialty in Education Development and Teacher Training in Sub Saharan Africa.
