Lego Creator Islands is a singleplayer Lego game published in 2014, the player starts on an island with mountains deviding it. Eventually you will build a train line through the mountains and get to the other side of the island which contains dinosaurs. You can also build a boat to unlock another island. There's not a lot of information but in The Netherlands the game can't be downloaded.
