Hi, your draft doesn't seem to be up yet, so I'll try to offer some general feedback based on your first draft. You offer some good descriptions of the architecture of the house, and I think that could definitely manifest as a highlight or section in your Wikipedia article. As a NRHP (National Registry of Historical Places) building, there might be some interesting history on the building itself in that source. Ellis Lawrence and Tudor Revival style are both already on Wikipedia, so I would definitely link to those articles in your lead or elsewhere in your future article. Drawing out more historical details is probably a good direction to go with this. Looking forward to seeing it take shape.
