I am Erik Thau-Knudsen of Silkeborg, Denmark.

Wikipedia is the second encyclopedia project in which I participate. The first one was Den store danske encyklopædi (issued by Danmarks Nationalleksikon) 1999-2001. My chief expertise lies within languages and history.

I'm mainly active in articles written in Danish and German. As from 2020, I have been an autopatrolled user of Wikipedia, but can only be verified as such in the Danish version
