It strikes me as extremely unlikely that it would be another Filaret. Most other references are not to the monk Filaret but to the Patriarch Filaret. I can't find a monk or Patriarch Filaret of any note during the period when this bridge as completed. Everbrite (talk) 12:05, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
