Le Festival International de Safran (Saffron International Festival) is founded in 2007 in Taliouine to recognize Saffron spice. It is held every year in Winter (usually November), the season in which the Saffron flower springs. At days the festival hosts exhibitions of traditional stuffs and local products such as saffron itself, Argan oil, pure honey, flower soaps and hygienic products. Whereas at nights it hosts famous artists, especially Amazigh ones, who feast their hudge audiences.
