My name is Gabriele.
Since all the usernames I favored are already in use, my decision fell on "Farnace".
The part of Farnace, at least in Mozart’s “Mitridate”, is an alto part, so I think the name suits me very well.

I learned to read music and to play the piano from my father. Sometimes I think, I could read music before I
learned to read and write. Music is my hobby. I sing in two choirs (alto and tenor).

When we performed Handel's "Messiah" in 2009, "Händel - Der Film" was shown on German TV at the
same time. That woke my interest in Handel's music and the voice category of countertenor.
