Ahndraea Allen (born June 3, 1981) is a American 400 meter runner who competes internationally for the United States . At the 2016 World Masters Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Perth Australia she won gold in the 400 metres. Allen also won gold in the 4×400 and 4x100 meters relay aand a bronze in the 200 Metres at the World Champions. The World championships was Allen’s first appearance on the seen after becoming eligible to compete at the 35+ age group. She was the best 400m runner in the world in 2016, ranking No. 1 in the world from 2016-2018.

Ahndraea Allen attended Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, where she competed on the women's track and field team, and graduated in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in Music industry and a minor in African American Studies. Allen holds school records for the indoor 400m (53.49) and 400m (52.77). Allen is a two -time NCAA Division 1 qualifier championship and had the best national finish of her career in her final season, placing 12th at the NCAA Championship during 2005 outdoor season. During her career, she captured four straight American East 200- meter dash individual championships in addition to four consecutive 400- meter dash championships, where she is second all time in conferences history with a 53.55 second victory in 2004. Allen won the indoor ECAC 400m three years in a row and set outdoor school record in the 4x100 relay (45.59) and the 4x400 relay (3:39.21). She was an American East individual Championship 17 times and a members of seven American East team championships.

Allen was also the American East most Outstanding Track Performer in 2003, 2004, 2005. Additionally, she won the 2005 indoor and outdoor American East Coaches Award. On November 9, 2017 Allen was induced into Northeastern University’s 43rd varsity Club Hall of Fame.

After her collegiate career, Allen went pro and began competing for the United States. since then she has captured 3 national championships (ages 30-34) in the 100 meter dash and 200 meter dash in 2014 and 2015, respectively. Allen is also part of the American record holding team for the women’s 4x200 meter dash ( age 30-39).

Internationally, she finished first at the 2014 North Central American and Caribbean Region of World Master Games. On October 2018 Allen took silver in the 4x100 meters at the World Championships in Malaga, Spain.
