End-To-End Reconfigurability (E²R) is an Integrated Project (IP) of the 6th Framework Programme of the European Commission, addressing the core of the strategic objective "Mobile and wireless systems and platforms beyond 3G". E²R is since 1/1/2006 on phase 2, named E²R II. E²R phase 1 started on 1/1/2004 and ended on 31/12/2005. E2R phase 3, named E³, is planned to start on 1/1/2008.
