My Name is Frank Patten. I've been messing around with Apple Computers since 1990 or so. I'm currently employed as the service manager at TRG Computer Solutions in Aurora, Ontario, and have been for about 6 years. I am an Apple Certified Desktop Technician (ACDT) as well as an Apple Certified Portable Technician (ACPT). My job requires me to be up to date on all service related issues as well as staying familiar with all of the software titles available for the Apple platform.

As far as hobbies go, when I have time, I enjoy Geocaching. It gets me outside for exercise and leads me to new places to explore. I've also started doing agility with my Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, Willow. What a blast this is.
