Frank Louis Allen is a English Artist Currently residing in Fort Wayne, America. He has a degenerative eye condition called Retinitis Pigmentosa, Dyslexia, ADD, and PDD-NOS (Typical Autism). Despite this he is a successful artist who has had work published and displayed in Hollywood Gallery's, as well as various Exhibitions around California.

He began creating his own distinctive style of Art at the age of 30 durring a prolonged incident of extreme debilitating back pain in 2011. This was when he discovered his method of drawing along to music automatically. His work contain a lot of detail and would seem to most like a lot of planning was involved, but in actual fact the Artist has no plan.
