William David French, Jr.

Born in the small Northern California town of Ukiah in Mendocino County, William is a short film maker and is currently a University student studying to be a television producer. William also spends many hours a week studying the history of television.

For six years, starting in 1999, William served as the lead mental health advocate in Mendocino County. William also served for 2 years as a regional Director for the California Association of Local Mental Health Boards/Commissions.
