G-Rize, born as Augustus Cole Jr. is originally from Liberia but resides in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. G-Rize, the name given to him by his family and friends, stands for Rising Star. Emerging from the struggles of Liberia, in America G-Rize proves that he is a rising star by making R&B/hip-hop music that's enjoyed by all. G-Rize's music is rising in the R&B and Hip/hop scenes. G-Rize’s professional attitude, urban swag, enthusiastic party vibe and performances make his performances entertaining and enjoyable.

G-Rize's CD "Don't Judge Me" contains hit songs A Yoo, Freaky Girl, Dance 4Me, I'm Sorry, True Player, and Top Dance. It features hot Minnesota Artists BFace, ATech, LiL Sam, and Zo Bush. G-Rize has worked with many other Artists at Sonica Recording Studio located in Minneapolis, MN.

G-Rize’s video for his song A YOO features his dancers the Blazin Up Click (B.U.C). The members X-10, Sweet, Lil A, and Young C, are high school friends. The group delivers today’s top dances with a vibe that’s entertaining for all occasions. The video highlights their ability to keep the party crowd dancing by shooting parts of the video at the making of the A YOO song celebration held in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. Other parts of the video were shot at the Brookdale Mall.

G-Rize has performed at many events and venues in the Twin Cities. He keeps the community entertained by having his music, interviews and performances aired on TV Exposure a TV Show that airs in the NW suburban areas of Minneapolis on NWCT.
