Transactional Leadership

Transactional Leadership resembles that of a quid pro quo form of management [1]. Job performance is based on a series of transactions with subordinates, exchanging rewards for services rendered or punishment for inadequate performance. As well as using their power that comes from their organizational position and formal authority. Most male leaders tend to use this form of management.

Transformational Leadership Transformational Leadership is leading by example. Transformational leaders believe in inspiring people to accomplish their highest goals. Their inspiration pushes their employees to find strengths within themselves to achieve the best outcome which will benefit both the company and the employees. Those leaders are known to be quiet leaders who show empathy and boost confidence in their employees. The main goal that transformational leaders have is for their employees to rise to any challenge and be able to have a great outcome. https://www.umassglobal.edu/news-and-events/blog/what-is-transformational-leadershipCite error: A <ref> tag is missing the closing </ref> (see the help page).
