He has pursued Masters in Biotechnology and is a patents/IP professional and undertakes patent and non-patent literature searches, Qualitative and quantitive patent data analysis, Claims analysis, Citation analysis, Patentability search (Novelty search), Technology Cycle Time (TCT) analysis, Citation analysis, Patent mapping, Infringement analysis, Science linkage, Patent downloading, Patent watch report & Patent portfolio preparation. He is skilled in performing patent/prior art searches on USPTO, Espacenet, Depatisnet, Canadian IPO etc, and lookup patent families on INPADOC or Derwent WPI. He excel's in commercial databases such as Dialog, Delphion and Thomson pharma. He has working knowledge of Derwent chemical fragmentation coding & Merged Markush Service (MMS) and Structure based searching using STN Express. He proactively assists in determining Drug target markets, undertake Business planning research, Strategic & Business potential analysis of drugs & Prepare project plans and timelines using MS project.
