Abnormal Psychology OCD The person that comes to mind when you think OCD is Howie Mandel. Mr. Mandle has a germ phobia and does not or cannot shake other peoples hands.[1] The most well known OCD is the obessive-compulsive disorder. This disorder has both components of what is characterized of OCD--Obession and Compulsions.[2]
