- Article Evaluation: Music therapy has existed since the time of David and King Saul. It can be used for many different mental health issues, including everything from relief from grief to improvement of serious mental conditions such as Alzheimer's. I want to spend more time looking into how not only listening to music affects mental health, but also playing music. This is mentioned a little bit in the article as "active music therapy," but I want to learn more about it than what is mentioned.

- Music therapy is helpful in providing a coping mechanism for many people with mental illnesses and/or communication or behavioral issues. It is beneficial to people of all ages.
