As a Protestant I am pro-British and support the beleaguered Unionists of Northern Ireland, but I am glad to have been born on the island of Ireland as I probably could never have gotten a green card otherwise. I now reside in New York City, where there are precious few Irish Protestants, but I am stuck here.
