As my recent attempt to contribute to the existing discussion on youth vandalism and hooliganism in my area has been deleted twice, due to my not being able to 'confirm' it, whatever that means, I shall not contribute any further to anything. I thought that Wiki was a means for people to 'freely' add to existing contributions without censorship, but I was clearly mistaken.
