User:Gourami Watcher/Death of Andrea Kuiper
Andrea Kuiper was a formerly unidentified woman who was killed when she stepped into traffic on April 1, 1990 in Huntington Beach, California. Kuiper's body remained unidentified for twenty-seven years until a fingerprint match was made by investigators in 2017.
Events prior to death
[edit]Kuiper's adopted family stated she left their home in Virginia to pursue her biological family.
While spending time in California, Kuiper stayed at several different homes in Orange County, describing her task of searching for her biological relatives and that her adoptive family was prominent, yet she never disclosed who they were, however, she told some they were from New York or Virginia. She had also stated her name was Andrea and she was in her mid twenties, yet many believed she was younger, as she appeared so.?Cite error: A <ref>
