Benzotris(thiadiazole) is a tetracyclic compound of carbon, nitrogen and sulfur with formula C6N6S3. It can be considered as benzene, which each pair of adjacent hydrogen atoms replaced by a bridge of two nitrogen atoms and a sulfur atom.[1]

On photolysis or heat treatment, pentatetraenedithone (S=C=C=C=C=C=S), dinitrogen (N≡N) and carbon monosulfide (C=S) can be formed.[1]
