I am a Ph.D. student studying church history and historical theology in the United States. I am primarily interested in English Christianity, specifically that related to the Protestant Reformation, Puritanism, and Evangelicalism. Currently, I am writing my dissertation on an Anglican minister named Thomas Scott (1747-1821), who is famous for his Family Bible commentary and The Force of Truth. My study is related specifically to Scott's contributions to evangelical missions. I have envisioned several other writing projects related to Scott once I finish my dissertation.
