- The content was relevant to the topic and seems up to date, but it is not extensive. The article only details out a generic section titled "service." The article could have taken more time to identify subsections under "service". It could have also added a section on "organization" to name one.

- The article is very concise, however there is not a lot of contextualizing within the article to situate the Volunteer Infantry Regiment in history. I think this is an area of improvement along with a delineation of the service section into subsections. In this regard the article feels underdeveloped.

Overall evaluation
[edit]Overall, the article, while concise, feels under developed. With additional sections and sub-sections the article would be much stronger and perhaps generate more interest from readers and more discussion on the talk page.
