The teams were broken up into Conversion, New Features, Bach processing, and bug fixing.

History: The concept of "Rapid Development" was invented by Eric Stephenson while working for thylaksoft.com, when he was asked to go through passed projects and look for trends. Eric discovered that a number of clients wanted to there project done in a short time and realized that the company large staff had been developing large projects in 2 to 4 months that would take other companies 6 months to a year. ]
