I consider myself a conservative progressive liberal in that I find merit in most political positions and gravitate towards concepts that embrace individual liberty combined with social responsibility.

Universal Exchange Tax is the result of an observation I made while doing the taxes for the small business my partner and I owned in the 90's when the amount due to the IRS was one percent of our gross. What I originally thought would be the one percent solution has morphed into UET, the One Mill Solution, a fair, democratic, transparent, and apolitical method of general revenue taxation.
