Nepal is a beautiful country with different cultures and a beautiful tourist destination. Nepal is known for the world's tallest mountain name Mt. Everest. Besides mountain climbing, Nepal has many adventurous activities for those who enjoy trekking, bird watching, hot air ballooning, bungee jumping, paragliding, ultralight Aircraft, mountain biking, jungle safari, rock climbing, and mountain flight. Nepal is renowned for mountain climbing, passing time traveling on the river, eye-catching views, and breathtaking adventures. Nepal has rare animals such as the Asiatic rhinoceros and the Royal Bengal Tiger. Nepal is the birthplace of Gautam Buddha-Lumbini. There are many religious places to visit in Nepal, such as Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath temple, Muktinath temple, and many more all over the country. Because of its rich culture, natural history, and cool weather, Nepal's most important source of income is tourism. Tourism helps Nepal's economic growth, reduces poverty, and provides enjoyment for people.[1]

Nepal is located between China and India. Nepal has the world's highest mountain, Mt. Everest. Also, eight of the ten high mountains. And many more mountains, several hundred more over 20,000 feet (6,000 m). Those mountains and views give the country a beautiful display.[2] Everest (8,848.86m), Kanchenjunga (8,586m), Lhotse (8,516m), Makalu (8,463m), Cho Oyu (8,201m), Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Manaslu (8,163m) and Annapurna I (8,091m) are the eight world-wide famous mountains in Nepal above 8,000m. Nepal's multicultural and refreshing weather are also magnificent attractions.[3]

Nepal has the quality to become one of the world's most popular tourist destinations. Nepal's economic source is tourism. Many researchers found that tourism and economic growth have a close relationship. Tourism helps to boost earnings, create jobs, and develop tourist industries.[4] In the present day, every business all over the world is coming back on track after covid-19 pandemic. The tourism industry in Nepal is also getting better. Because of that, the number of tourist arrivals in Nepal has increased by 307% (reaching 614,869) compared to 2021. Five countries where tourists came the most this year 2022 are India (34.05%), the USA (12.54%), the U.K. (7.33%), Australia (4.37%), and Bangladesh (4.13%) respectively. Tourists use two ways to enter Nepal: by air (96.4%) and by land (3.6%). Most of the tourists come for a short stay. In 2022, 64.7% of the tourists came to Nepal for holiday vacations,10.03% came for adventure, such as trekking and mountaineering, 12.87% came for religious visits, and 12.39% for other reasons. Tourists who come from the USA, UK, France, Spain, India, and Germany have a main target of activity: mountain climbing. Mt. Everest, Mt. Ama Dablam, and Mt. Manaslu are the most popular mountains. Out of 614869 tourists, 53,233 ( 9%) tourists participated in trekking all over Nepal. In 2022, tourism income increased by 190% from 2021. The gross foreign exchange earnings were Nrs 46,756,824 thousand (Around 326,282 thousand US$). The boost of tourism helps to develop more and more hotels, travel agencies, tour guides, tour operators, rafting agencies, and trekking agencies. These help to the development of many more job opportunities. [5]
