"Despite Our Flesh" was formed in 2017 by Ryan Noss and is based in central Pennsylvania. This dynamic four-piece band features a unique blend of rock, metal, and bluegrass elements, creating a distinctive southern metal sound. Their music, which includes guitar, drums, bass, and vocals, is characterized by strong faith-based lyrics, delivering powerful and inspiring messages through their intense and engaging performances.

The band released one single "Crisis" in May of 2019. The song was released on all major music streaming platforms with 2 separate mixes. A Metal Mix: With Screaming & Radio Mix: With No screaming

"Crisis" was recorded by Jason Shaffer at Full Tilt Studio in Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania in September 2019.
