My name is Peter Jones. I started my nursing career in the UK in 1977. I continue to work for the NHS in the NW England within community mental health. I have been interested in IT in nursing since 1981, writing some very early computer aided learning programs used in the 1980-90s in some schools of nursing.

In 1987-88 I learned of Hodges' model a conceptual framework that can be applied universally within and without nursing, health and social care.

In addition to a website I have a blog: Welcome to the QUAD.

Currently, I am (very slowly) learning Drupal a content management system and the programming language Ruby in order to create a new website, that might possibly become a community. This project may also be pursued as a formal research project, with emphasis on Hodges' model and learning objectives.
