The Islamic freeUnivercity, Miyane Branch Daneshgah Azad Eslami miyaneh is a branch of Islamic Free univercity and was started in 1995. The univercity located in Miyane town of Azarbayjane-Sharghi in north west of Iran .The university has a large number of courses in various fields.

The university has three libraries in its different colleges; these libraries have a total of more than 25,000 titles of Persian and non-Persian books and 38,000 titles of e-books in Persian and English in over 1,000 square meters of library and study space. It also has 17 specialized laboratories, 15 advanced engineering workshops and 6 computerized sites
