William Alan Hofeldt is a former conductor and composer residing in Sun Prairie, WI.[1] Hofeldt often receives commissions to write for organizations around the United States.[2]

Life[edit]

William Hofeldt was born in Chicago, Illinois. He received his undergraduate degree in music education from the University of Illinois, and attended graduate school in music composition at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. After conducting string orchestras for fifteen years, he received his degree in and turned to accounting.[2]
