King's Community Church' is an Evangelical Christian church in Hedge End, near to the city of Southampton. The church is referred to as KCC by its members[1] and is part of the Newfrontiers global network of charismatic churches[2].
In December 2010, the church was regularly attracting over 600 people[3] each Sunday over two services, at 9:00am and 11:15am.
The church began in the 1980s when a small group of Christians began to meet in the local village hall. At that time the church was called Hedge End Community Church.
