Bhupali Vitthal Magare is a Ph.D. scholar at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and the elected representative of Gender Sensitization Committee Against Sexual Harassment (GSCASH) for the academic year 2017-2018. She is the President of [[Birsa Ambedkar Phule Students' Association which is an organization led by the Dalit-Adivasi-Bahujan and Minority students on the campus.
She has been an advocate of Labor rights, Dalit Human Rights since her college days.
